Account Management Intern

Arizona Pro DJs is now hiring account management interns whom over the course of 6-months will be trained to be part-time/full-time, paid account managers. If you have experience, or an interest, in sales, or planning teen events- we want to talk to you. As a part of one of the best teen entertainment companies in the country, you will work with high schools, colleges, and private event clients to transform their dreams into reality. On top of that, you’ll have the best coaching, tools, and products in the market to help you succeed and grow.

NOTE: This position is 6-month, part time, non-paid internship with high potential for advancement to a part-time/full-time employee position.

Call of Duty (sadly, not the game):

• Seek new clients via networking events, social media, and research
• Perform day-to-day client contact
• Schedule and conduct client meetings - work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives
• Create and manage invoices and quotes
• Collaborate with production manager, Vice President of Events, and Vice President of Marketing
• Keep contact and relationships with past clients

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (via phone, email & in person)
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to delight the client
• Fairly proficient with computers

Brownie Points:

• Knowledge or experience in sales
• Proficient in customer relationship management software
• Proficient with Google apps (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, etc)
• Experience in planning events (especially teen events)
